Since our inception in 1958 we have been involved in some of the largest and most prestigious commercial building projects in the region, each of which has enhanced our reputation for quality, value and adherence to programme. .
Our portfolio of commercial building work includes office developments, apartment buildings and retail outlets.
The project is a two-storey structure with an underground carpark containing 64 spaces. The ground floor consists of a shopping area of c1100sqm. The top floor comprises the offices, canteen, welfare and storage areas, and also incorporates an external plant and machinery terrace.
The construction of a basement and four-storey residential/retail units. The project involved alterations and refurbishment to an existing mill.
A mixed use development, Superquinn being the anchor tenant, and a further 20 retail units, a McDonald’s outlet, and extensive carparking facilities.
